We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2022, at the age of 96, Dorothy Larson of Decorah, Iowa, born in Mabel, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Dean; her husband Francis; and her siblings, Clifford, Norman, Robert Opsahl, Ruby Erickson, Charlotte Neuhring and Carol Torgerson.
She is survived by: her children, Clarence, Alma Opsahl (Hosheit), Diane Young (Dennis) of Decorah and Dennis Larson (Debra) of Decorah; her daughter-in-law Caryl Larson of Decorah; her grandchildren, Dena Tangen (Marc), Lauri Kaeser (Todd), Steven Larson (Maria), Doreen Holstad (Dave), Dawn Youngblood (Harold), Darren Young (Dianne), Jason Larson (Melissa), Mike Larson (Amber), Adam Larson (Kim) and David Larson (Sara); her siblings, Harold Opsahl (Betty) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Shirley Erickson of Caledonia, MN; and her sister-in-law Charmain Blagsvedt of Spring Grove, MN.. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; 12 great great-grandchildren.
