With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Alberts (Decorah, Iowa), who passed away on May 26, 2021 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father James Alberts; his sister-in-law Debra Alberts; and his grandparents, Irene, Freeman Alberts, Lawrence and Grace Sutton.
He is survived by: his mother Imelda Alberts (Sutton); his stepfather Emmett Nesteby of Decorah; his siblings, Michael (Beth) of Albuquerque, NM, Patrick (Sandy) of Lansing, IA, Timothy of Lansing, IA, Thomas of Decorah, Eugene (Suzanne) of Onalaska, WI and Rebecca of Decorah; and his aunts, Dorothy Sunday of Decorah and Barbara Sutton of Decorah. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
