She is survived by: her siblings, Steven Jirak (Cheryl), Leathia Siewert and Rita Hollenbeck; and her siblings-in-law, Cindy Blue (Jim), Roger Phillips (Marsha), Raymond Swatek, Danny Jo Swatek (Connie) and Jimmy Dale Swatrk (Pam).
