He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kruse and Teresa Kruse (Makovec). He is survived by: his niece Julie Ellis of Phoenix, AZ.; his nephew Brian Kruse; and his brothers, William Kruse, Richard Kruse and Donald Kruse (Beatrice).
