He is survived by: his children, Billy Noecker (Tess) of New Town, ND, Rachel Noecker of Waukon, IA and Sarah Haugen (Thor) of Harmony, MN; his grandchildren, Aurora and Wulf Haugen; his sisters, Bettie Fox (Les) of Oelwein, IA and Suzanne Matter (John) of Decorah, IA; his brother-in-law Keith Walsh of Decorah, IA; and his nieces, Kerri Hunter (Dustin) of Mingo, IA, Erica Worrell (Robb) of Sparta, WI and Jennifer Matter Lin (Ed) of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by great niece and several great nephews, and several cousins.
