She was predeceased by: her child Steve Downing (Deb); and her husband Dale Halverson. She is survived by: her children, Jolene Cagney (Kevin) of Cornelius, NC and Amy Downing; her stepchildren, Heather Ryan of LaGrange, ILL, Dale "Chip" Halverson (Tina) and Huntington; her grandchildren, Dan, Kevin, Brian Downing, Brendan, Kristin and Patrick Cagney; her sister Phyllis Blumhagen (Loren) of Council Bluffs, IA; and her parents, Julian "Jack" and Beatrice Johnson (Hillestad).
