Amy Rue Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amy Rue (Decorah, Iowa), who passed away on July 5, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Loren Richard Rue; her son Richard Loren; her parents, Henry Hovden and Netta Hovden; her brother Verne Hovden; and her parents-in-law, Ole and Lena Rue.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sally Jane (Marty) and Marsha Jacobsmeyer (Hugo); and her sister LouAnn Kapp Meyer. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
