She is survived by: her husband Harold Dean Crawford; her daughters, Samantha Syndi Crawford, Betsy Davis (Ed), Amanda Mulvania and Kristy Mulvania; her grandson Chad; her siblings, Fred Hethcote (Karen), Ted Hethcote (Stevie), Dale Forsythe and Melanie Forsythe; her mother Marion Forsythe; and her siblings-in-law, Donald Crawford (Cham), Larry Crawford (Marlene), John Crawford (Donna), Bernard Crawford (Marla), Ann Beech, Rosemary Hullinger and Doris Crawford.
