He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elige Collins and Gertie Collins (West); his wife Zelma Annalea Adair; his daughter Katherine; his siblings, Frances Collins, Florence Leahy and Richard Collins; and his children, Kathy Howell of Mt. Ayr, Don Collins (Karen) of Leon, Ron Collins of Leon, Pat Becker (Galen) of Cumberland and Betsy Clark (Phil) of Gibbon, Nebraska. He was also cherished by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren.
