He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Dale Kelley and Dorothea Kelley (Dally); his brothers, William Darold Kelley, Larry Doyle Kelley and David Kelley; and his brother-in-law John Vopalensky.
He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, Bryan Kelley of Queens, Matt Kelley (Amanda) of Indianola and Meggie Seiser (Justin) of Urbandale; and his sister Marilyn Vopalensky of Martin, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
