She is survived by: her significant other Jennifer Fulk of Dayton, IA; her daughter Tina Womack of Dayton, IA; her grandchildren, Jared Cloud and Julia McCollaugh of Dayton, IA; her siblings, Judy Hatzenbeller (Brian) of Aberdeen, SD, Peggy Yost of Boone, IA and Jimmy Yost of Boone, IA; her brother-in-law Albert Bitz of Boone, IA; and also, Kevin Vinsand of Lehigh, IA, Tae Slawson of Dayton, IA, Kegan and Ezmae Vangilder of Dayton, IA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
