He was predeceased by: his parents, John Boker and Mary Boker (King); and his sister Phyllis Sandstrom. He is survived by: his children, Mark Boker (Kerri), Jason Boker, Chad Boker (Erica), Michael Kinsey (Marilee) and Melissa Kinsey; his sisters, Barbara Babbitt of Shenandoah and Jean Swalla of Kasson, MN; and his wife Duan Franklin of Dayton. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
