He is survived by: his wife Eileen Ripperger; his children, Sheryl Tucker, Daniel Tucker (Patricia) and Robin Watkinson (Thomas); his grandchildren, Grant (Nicole), Carter Luense, Mitchell (Natalie), Elizabeth "Danny", Jennifer Tucker and Morgan Watkinson; his great grandchildren, Talan and Masyn; and his siblings, Betty Hume of Lakeland, Kathleen Green of Lakeland and Glenn Tucker, Jr..
Memorials may be made to the Stead Family Children's Hospital at the University of Iowa.
