He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Thompson; his children, Shelley Sterbenz (Mark) of Davenport and Jason Wheeler (Krista) of New Smyrna, Florida; his grandchildren, TJ, Megan, Nicholas, Emerson, Noah and Keegan; and his sisters, Sandra Dau (Steve) of Davenport, Linda Stevens of Davenport and Kathy Eder (Fran) of East Moline, Illinois.
