He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Leonard and Audrey Jean Leonard (Wiedner); and his grandparents, Jesse and Della Leonard. He is survived by: his siblings, Terry Duvall, Susan Schwind (Jay), Jennifer Leonard (Bill Nicholls), Jeffrey Leonard (Sue) and Mike Leonard (Michele). He is also survived by several cousins; many nieces and nephews, and special friends.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the family, to the Humane Society, or to the Clarissa Cook Hospice House.
