Tara touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father Laymon "Dean" Carroll; her grandparents, Marge and Froy Rice; her uncle Ronald Raines; and her great-uncles, Richard Wilson and Abraham Rice.
She is survived by: her mother Susan Carroll (Rice); her husband David Gates of Panama City; her brother Aaron Carroll (Lisa); her aunt Debbie Raines; her great-aunts, Glenda Wilson and Ann Rice; her nieces and nephews, Connor Carroll, Nathan Carroll, Danae Rivet (Chris) and Elizabeth Clark (Nathan); her great-nephew Elliot Rivet; her close friend Mandy Shaw; and her godson Tyler Ott (Rihanna).
