It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Hartman of Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on May 21, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Simmons and Ruth Simmons (Owen); her husband Larry; and her sister Carol. She is survived by: her children, Paul Hartman (Lizanne) and Lara Blaser (Steven); her grandchildren, Kathryn, Andrea and Lawrence Blaser; her brother Jan Simmons; her brother-in-law William Jasper; and her close friend Dori.
Memorials may be made to the Davenport Fire Department, Davenport Police Department, and the Top Gun Chiefs.
