She was predeceased by: her parents, Artemus Levy and Betty J. Mitchell; her brother Artemus "Bus" (Dawn Levy); her son Brian W. Shealy; and her grandson Patrick John Perez (PJ).
She is survived by: her sisters, Kenna Levy and Mary Jo Whitmore; her daughter Lisa Perez; her grandchildren, Carlos V. Perez (Cassie), Elena Perez and Brittany Mosher; her great grandchild Charlotte Perez; and her nieces and nephews, Kris Levy, Angela Parker, Amanda Parrish and Jeremy Whitmore.
