He was predeceased by: his grandmother Wanda Clark. He is survived by: his father Doyle Mincks (Darlene Mincks); his wife Janet Mincks; his daughters, Amber Hill (Tim) of Davenport, Amie Mincks (Troy Buehl) of Davenport and Sarah Young (Richard) of Davenport; his mother Sister Theresa Lund; and his brother Rodney Mincks of Oquawka, IL.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
