He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ormsby and Dorothy Ormsby (Finck); and his brother Bob Ormsby. He is survived by: his wife June L. Roggenkamp; his children, Kelly Swanson (Ron) of Davenport, Kari Hempel of Davenport, Dean Ormsby of Davenport and Douglas Ormsby (Kelly) of Bettendorf; his grandchildren, Lindsey Robb (Chris), Kaitlyn Swanson, Bailey, Garrett, Ella Ormsby, Nick and Nathan Hempel; his great grandchildren, Laney, Tyler and William Robb; and his siblings, Priscilla Kraft (Gary) of Davenport and Pat Essex of Davenport.
Memorials may be made to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital.
