He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Witter and Bonnie Witter (White); his spouse Lynn Grothus; and his sister Linda Hill. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Stormer of Rock Island; his granddaughters, Madison Stormer of Rock Island, Sydney Bell of Davenport and Brittany Bell of Cedar Rapids; his great grandchildren, Nyla Jo, Aaliyah, Kendall, Milaya, Kannon and Kova; and his sister Laurie Bland (Allen) of Newell.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home (614 Main St, Davenport, IA 52803). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the family for his granddaughters' education.
