It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger A. Dugan of Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on March 31, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Dugan and Virginia Dugan (Trenary); his son Chad; his brothers, Eugene and Royce Dugan; and his great-niece Shantrese.
He is survived by: his wife Georgia Hahn; his son Kenny (Jen); his grandson Cameron; his siblings, Richard Dugan (Trudy) and Barbara Bauer; his brothers-in-law, Marlin White, Charles Stroud, Walt Hahn (Traci), Jerry Rangel and Jerry Cox (Erika); and his nieces and nephews, CJ and Willow.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home (614 Main St, Davenport, IA 52803). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for a charity to be determined at a later date.
