He is survived by: his wife Linda Kempker; his children, Chad Saltzgaver (Misti) of Nauvoo, IL, Trisha Smith (Joe) of Davenport and Sandy Nickerson of Davenport; his grandchildren, Sierra, Allyna, Emilea, Marcus, Zachary, Adam, Noah, Elijah, Mason, Madeline and Ginger; his siblings, Sheldon Saltzgaver (Michelle) of Ft. Madison, Tina Dudek of Chicago, Nikki Schrader (Mike) of Montrose, IA, Mike Saltzgaver (Stephanie) of Pflugerville, TX, Jack Crawford Jr. of Elgin, TX, Sheila Spring (Troy) of Smithville, TX, Gregg Crawford of Pflugerville and Kevin Crawford (Vickie) of Austin, TX; and his stepmother Dixie Saltzgaver of Montrose.
