He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe Palmer (Lynn) and Helen Cathy Palmer (Reynders); his son Dylan Jacobsen; his brothers, Joe Palmer, III and Richard Palmer; his nephews, Andrew, Noah, Erik and Remi; his aunts and uncles, Sandy Terry (Lee), Martha Eberhart (Bob) and Richard Reynders (Cindy); and his close friend Chris Lopez (Martin).
