He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Ashley Harmsen; his parents, Alvin Harmsen and Grace Harmsen; and his brother Gary Harmsen. He is survived by: his fiancé Danette Bauder; his sons, Mark Harmsen (Shannon) and Scott Harmsen (Maureen Maledon); his grandchildren, Ryan and Brynn Harmsen; his siblings, Deanna Harmsen (Frank Rasso), Calvin Harmsen (Patricia), Horseshoe Bay, Richard Harmsen (Marge) and Betty Ann Harmsen (Tyrone Parker); and his sister-in-law Betty Harmsen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
