It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Pianca of Davenport, Iowa, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on November 26, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emil Pianca and Josephine Pianca (Calcaterra); his former wife Elizabeth Ann Lardi; his wife Betty; his daughter Debra; his children-in-law, Bruce Tjelle and Veronica Pianca; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Barnes (Matthew), Rachel Gartner (Brian) and Chelsey O'Donnell (John); his great grandchildren, Isabelle and Riley Gartner; his sisters, Dolores Baudino (late Lawrence) and Jacqueline Fitzgerald (late William); and his son Richard E. Pianca, Jr..
