He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James L. Palmer and Ethel Irene Palmer (Cairns); his wife Mary Gladys Mikesell; and his children, Robin (Donna), Scott (Tammy), Sherri Marcum (Palmer) of Hope, IN and Russell. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
