He was predeceased by: his parents, Leander Kinney and Minnie Kinney (Wahe); his wife Margaret Geurts Locy; and his sisters, Edith and Arlene.
He is survived by: his sons, Rich Kinney (Pat) and Jim Kinney (Eve); his grandchildren, Chris (Kate), Amy, Ryan (Liesl Schwerin) and Lauren (Spiro Dokolas); and his great grandchildren, Rylie Schnack, Joshua, Jessica Kinney, Annie and Olive Dokolas.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rafferty Funeral Home (2111 1st Street A a, Moline, IL 61265, USA). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
