He was predeceased by: his former wife Billie Plambeck Marshal; his daughter Beth; and his brother Ronnie. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff (Beja) and Michael (Lisa); his granddaughter Natalie; his wife Linda; his grandchildren, Janelle Patterson (Jimmy), Jason Thompson, Jennifer Mizer (Tommy) and Jordan Huff; his great grandchildren, Ethan Thompson, Courtney Patterson, Cory Patterson, Kaleb Levi, Kenzlee Levi and Alexis Anderson; and his sisters, Leonora Spencer, Linda Sheffler (Larry) and Barb Herbert (Tom). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Dick's name may be made to the Scott County Sheriff's Office DARE Program or to the Beth Grunder Scholarship Fund.
