He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Giudici and June Giudici (Reich); and his grandparents, Luka and Catherine Reich. He is survived by: his significant other Joan Marie Markiewicz of Lemont, Illinois.; his sister Charmaine Urban; his children, Dr. Mary Catherine Walton, Dr. Michael Charles Giudici (Paula), Richard Steven Giudici (Lisa), Julianna Marie Skulski (Carl), Patricia Susan Klein (David) and Anne Elizabeth Faulhaber (Michael); and his pet Babe. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren.
