She was predeceased by: her parents, LaVerne Qualls and Mary Qualls (Macri); her siblings, Mary Jones and Jim Qualls; her siblings-in-law, Patty Qualls and Rick Hogan; and her granddaughter Lillian Dewbre.
She is survived by: her husband Dwight Baxter; and her children, Chris Foster (Christine), Kerri Kibler (Jeff) and Jason Baxter. She is also survived by 10 grandkids.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in her honor to Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Scott County Humane Society or King's Harvest Pet Rescue.
