She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulish Owens and Pauline Mitchell Owens (Bulah Owens); her grandmothers, Irene Woods and Addie Owens; her significant other Epsie Stokes; her children, Kenneth and Charlotte; and her brothers, Junior Lee and Anthony Owens.
She is survived by: her stepmother Bulah Owens; her daughters, Vanessa Tatum (Dewayne) of St. Louis, Cynthia Judson and Stephanie Stokes of Davenport, Iowa; and her siblings, Armelia Willingham of Bettendorf, Ulysses Owens of Arizona, Addie Teye (Emmanuel) of Wisconsin, Rosie Smith of Davenport, Iowa, Mary Dunlap of Davenport, Iowa, Sharon Dunlap of Davenport, Iowa and Leroy Owens of Davenport, Iowa. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
