He is survived by: his spouse Dorothy Bornholdt; his daughters, Phyllis Kolls, Rock and Debbie Cress (Dan); his grandchildren, Michelle Metzler (Scott) of Travelers Rest, SC, Susan Cantrill of Preston, IA, Dawn Dillon (Tom), Brian Cress and Tom Cress of Davenport; and his great grandchildren, Dustin Mangelsdorf, Samantha Turner (Jake), Summer Dillon, Seth Dillon, Alexandria Campbell and Brooklyn Cress.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
