He is survived by: his sons, Ray Bailey Jr. (Jennifer) of McKinzie, Russell Bailey (Amy) of Kewanee and Rodney Bailey (Susie) of Bettendorf; his siblings, Cindy Cordes (Mike) of Colorado, Randy Bailey (Jean) of Silvis and Cathy Blanchard (Frank) of Coal Valley; and his pet Sabrina.
