He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Parkhurst and Evelyn Parkhurst (Stock); and his brother Ron. He is survived by: his siblings, Bob Parkhurst (Sue) of Washburn, Rose Morton of North Carolina, Rick Parkhurst (Sherry) of Wapello and Radine Fowler of North Carolina.
