She was predeceased by: her parents, Porter Phillips and Annie Fay Phillips (Williams); and her aunts and uncles, Ora Cooper, Georgia Mae Theriault, Eddie Mae Jarrett, Joyce Ann Reed-Hobson and Roy Williams.
She is survived by: her fiancés, Jazzmyn Phillips and Karl Plotzer of Davenport; her siblings, Jasper Williams (Lynn) of Naperville, Jereen Phillips-Hardin (Marques Hardin) of Davenport and Jeffrey Phillips of Rock Island; and her friend Marvin Jackson. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews; 20 great-nieces and nephews.
