He is survived by: his parents, Ken Shook and Jana Shook (Skender); his wife Kelley Shook; his children, Giana, Cooper, Piper, Tatum, Pugs, Darby, Bob and Teddy; his siblings, Jennifer Cupp (KC) of Rock Island, IL and Tim Shook (Annie) of Bettendorf, IA; his nieces and nephews, Rachael Kelley (Triston) of Rock Island, IL, Ellie Cupp of Rock Island, IL, Carter Cupp of Rock Island, IL, Noah Shook of Bettendorf, IA, Job Shook of Bettendorf, IA and Eden Shook of Bettendorf, IA; his grandmother LaDonna Shook of Hastings, MN; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Cross of Wataga, IL and Keith Cross of Columbia, AL; and his close friends, Corey and Patrick Fineran. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins, especially, his cousins.
