He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Moylan and Frances Moylan (Harney). He is survived by: his siblings, Mike (Peggy) and Maureen Stoops (John); and his close friend Debbie Laughlin. He is also survived by one niece, two nephews, four grand-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Anthony Care and Share Program or the West Liberty Food Bank.
