With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia MacBeth-Goetsch of Davenport, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 15, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oswald Blumer and Cecilia Blumer (Micklewright); her son Joe MacBeth; her grandchildren, Cole MacBeth and Zane Ladenburger; and her siblings, Alan, Dale, Tom, Dean, Wayne Blumer, Janet Peavey (Blumer), June Carstens (Blumer) and Katie Lee (Blumer).
She is survived by: her husband Joe Goetsch; her children, Kathy MacBeth (Ted), Margaret MacBeth (Molly), Steve Elliott (Moline) and Margee (Ron Winkler); her grandchildren, Jim Hartkorn, Nick Hartkorn, Ashley Howe, Tabatha Madaris, JJ MacBeth, Autumn MacBeth, Clay MacBeth, Luke Ladenburger, Adam Ladenburger, Justin Winkler, Samantha Winkler, Stella, Joe, Jake and Nick MacBeth; her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Rylee Hartkorn, Hendrix Hartkorn, Hayden, Emma Howe, Bailey, Jarrett Madaris, Jayden, Jensyn MacBeth, Kyson, Laken Ladenburger, Salem and Tatum Ladenburger; her stepchildren, Sue (Goetsch), Tom McGonegal, Sharon (Goetsch), Wes Plett and Kristi Goetsch; and her stepgrandson Josiah Goetsch. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home (614 Main St, Davenport, IA 52803). A prayer was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (1923 Fillmore St, Davenport, IA 52804). A burial was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at the St. Ann's Cemetery (16550 290th St, Long Grove, IA 52756).
Memorials may be made to Holy Family Parish or Congregation of the Humility of Mary.
