She was predeceased by: her parent Blondena "Dena" Ward (Cowell); and her brother Ted Ward. She is survived by: her father Harley Ward; her former husband Mark Shreve; her great grandchild Jeremiah; her children, Mathew Shreve, Mallory Shreve (Steven Barnhart), Amanda Shreve and Abbie Shreve (Patrick Neuhaus); her grandson Jeremiah Shreve; her great grandchild Jermani Shreve-Harris; and her siblings, John "Mike" Davis (Rose), Linda Haymaker (Robert), Jack Davis, DeWitt and Allan Ward (Wanda). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to King's Harvest Pet Rescue.
