He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommie Nathan and Leola Nathan (Wright); his son Otto, Jr.; and his siblings, Tommie Nathan, William Nathan, Lucinda Chaney, Mary Davis and Martha Pollenitz.
He is survived by: his spouse Marth Hilliard; and his children, Diane Carothers of Davenport, Kenneth Hilliard of Davenport, Ruthie Davis (Craig) of Davenport and Mallissa "Lisa" Davis (Rory) of Davenport. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; special grandson, Steven; and sister.
