He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Hart and Mollie Hart (Shadden); his granddaughter Jennifer Hart Abernathy; and his siblings, Junior Hart, Marie Corvaia, Rex Hart, Bea Ferguson, Johnny Hart, Herbert Hart, Helen Hart and Delbert Hart.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Hart; his sons, Jim Hart (Cathy), Kenneth Hart, William Hart (Robin) and Steven Hart (Rita); his grandchildren, Christopher Hart (Bryan), Eric Hart, Christopher Davis (Katie), Summer Hart, Stephanie Hart and Courtney Hart; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel Hart, Logan Abernathy, Lily Hardin, Savannah Hardin and Hudson Davis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Runge Mortuary (838 E Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA 52807). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his honor to the New Kingdom Trailriders.
