He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Lensch and Ruby Lensch (Langmann); his spouse Beverly Ann Geurink; his siblings, Bryson Lensch and Marlene Miller; and his brother-in-law Ken Geurink.

He is survived by: his children, Michelle Schaeffer (Don), Lee Lensch (Anita Stockman), Dewitt and Melanie Richardson (Marty); his nephew Bill Lensch; his grandchildren, Brook, Caitlin (Scott), Kelsey, Courtney (Pietro Vannini), Amanda (Will), Drew (Hannah), Jake (Meg), Ben, Erin (Alex), Gkids, Morgan (Kyle) and Tate; his great grandchildren, Landon, Parker, Mikayla, Carson, Clara, Bridger, Grace, Emmett, Kelton, Brecken and Easton; and his brother-in-law Don Geurink (Cindy).
