He is survived by: his children, Louise Collins (Joe), Patty Langum (David), Michael Dennis Speer (Jilona), Leeann Speer (Jim), John Speer, Theresa Vallery (Lee), Aaron Speer (Jasmin), Virginia Speer and Anthony Speer; his grandchildren, Chuck Williams, Sarah Langum, Jackie Taylor, Ted Taylor, Liz Aldinger, Garrett Speer, Isaac Speer, Jericho Speer, Ashly Sharpless, Nicole Wenskunas, Devon Schultz, Penelope Speer, Georgianna Vallery and Julianna Vallery; and his siblings, Maureen Trafton (Ken) of Ames, IA, Mary Schulte (Dan) of Davenport, Tina Anderson of Davenport, Andorthy Kilby of Davenport, William Speer (Deb) of Davenport, Robert Speer (Sandy) of Davenport, Joseph Speer (Pam) of Davenport and Karen Lathan (Ira). He is also survived by Thirteen great -grandchildren.
