He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Faulhaber and Bernadine Faulhaber (Forbes); his wife Carol A. Derrick; his daughter Stacey Anne; and his brother Richard "Dick" Faulhaber.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Faulhaber (Anne) and David Faulhaber (Beege Hanssen); his granddaughters, Emily Coryn (Frank) and Ellen Davis (Mike); his great grandchildren, John, Ben, Mary Coryn, Addilyn, Nora, Laney and Dawson Davis; his siblings, Ann Crowley (Tom) of Edina and Thomas Faulhaber (Peggy) of Edina; and his sister-in-law Rosemary Faulhaber. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
