He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuele Leone and Lucia Leone (Blanda); and his siblings, Giuseppe Leone, Josephine and Anna Leone.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Louck; his children, Janean DePaepe (Garry), Mario P. Leone (Emilene) and Marco Leone; his grandchildren, Dalton DePaepe, AJ Clay, Dax Leone, Quinn Leone, Heath Leone, Lucca Leone and Roman Leone; his brothers, Salvatore Leone (Mary Ann), Frank Leone (Janet), Dino Leone and Art Leone (Kelly); and his sister-in-law Salvatrice Leone.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory (3030 7th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Chad Unterscheidt Memorial Golf Tournament in Mario's memory.
