She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Miller and Velma Miller (Schmidt); and her husband Charles L. Carter. She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Fitzgerald (Tandy) and Judy Johnson; and her grandchildren, Caine Fitzgerald (Joy) of Parker, CO, Gretchen Ollar (Doug) of Moline, IL and Alex Waddell. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
