She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Winter and Lydia Winter (Sternitzky); her husband Clarence Pannier; her daughter Cheryl; and her siblings, Edward Winter, Janet Landwehr and Evelyn Bores.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Pannier of Pleasant Hill, IA, Dianne Marti (Morgan) of LeClaire, IA, Randy Pannier (Paula) of Appleton, WI, Steven Pannier (Cynthia) of Plymouth, MN and Phillip Pannier (Jill) of Appleton, WI; and her sister Joyce Woodkey (Ron) of Lake Tomahawk, WI. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (1122 W Central Park Ave, Davenport, IA 52804). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
