She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lewis and Mabel Lewis (Swan); her husband Charles F. Johnston; her daughters, Susan Murphy and Pamela Frisby; and her brother Maurice "Bud" Lewis.
She is survived by: her nieces, Tammy Lewis Deviney of Des Moines and Diana Lewis Wiig of Rock Springs, Wyoming..
