She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hull and Maxine Hull (Delay); and her siblings, Kenny and Barb. She is survived by: her husband Michael Plumb of Davenport, IA; her sons, Phillip Plumb (Tina) of Terra Haute, IN, Scott Plumb of Spencer, IA and Jeffrey Plumb (Sam) of Davenport, IA; her grandchildren, Ash Plumb of Spencer, SD, Oliver Plumb, Alexander and Alice Plumb; her sisters, Carol Cross (Larry) of Charleston, SC and Billie Cole of Bettendorf, IA; and her siblings-in-law, George and Kathy Fenno. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Runge Mortuary & Crematory (838 E Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA 52807). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at the Runge Mortuary Chapel (838 E Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA 52807).
